i think i'm quite bad with rythum.i hit my toes twice the the dumb pole.i hate doing stomp.
slacked until training.my back was seriously killing me, so i couldn't really train.
a visit to my physio needs to be arranged very soon.i'm in pain.
didn't do very much today.went all the way to town just to get two shirts that coast 10bucks.
dined at siglap cartel where sherilyn,michelle and felicia were working.it was nice seeing them.haha.walked all the way to east coast park from siglap.the pubs and bars there are quite cool.think i'll hang there some time.
kayaking tmr morning.i need a tan badly.
i hope my back doesnt break.
